We deliver fast across Kuwait:

• Order before 6:00 PM (Kuwait time): delivered the same day.
• Order after 6:00 PM (Kuwait time): delivered the next business day.

Business days are Saturday to Thursday and exclude Fridays and official public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, courier delays and traffic conditions.

NOTE: To deliver your order successfully, we need a complete and accurate delivery address, a valid contact number and a valid email address. Please check these details carefully before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn, in the same condition in which you received it
• Complete, with all tags, accessories and free items included
• In its original, undamaged packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Where you return an eligible product, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, returned to your original payment method (or another method agreed with you), provided the product is returned in its original condition.

Motovile delivers within the State of Kuwait only. We do not currently ship outside Kuwait or to any other GCC country.
